5 Seconds Of Summer may be one of the most popular bands in the world right now, but they have yet to make a fan of Boo ‘the world’s cutest dog’.

5SOS drummer Ashton Irwin may have his pick of the ladies, but not even he could win over Boo judging by the boys’ latest antics in America.

In a bizarre celebrity-meets-celebrity incident, the 5SOS boys got to hang out with cute canine Boo, but sadly a blossoming friendship soon turned sour.

Ashton tweeted a snap of him giving Boo a cuddle, but the pup apparently ‘growled’ at him.

The 20-year-old tweeted: “Held a really really ridiculously small dog today, it's growled at me.”

Ashton, what did you do!!

In the snap, band mates Calum Hood and Luke Hemmings look on with concern as Boo attempts to plead with the camera in a bid to free himself from what can only be a tremendously awkward situation of animal rejects human…
