Celebrity Big Brother star and hater of practical clothing Courtney Stodden has confirmed that she’s engaged to her 54-year-old ex-husband Doug Hutchison AGAIN, after the pair split nine months ago.
Courtney confirmed the news on Twitter, which came a surprise since the pair had separated in November and even signed a separation agreement.
Speaking to the Fox411, Krista Keller, Courtney’s mother and manager said: “Courtney realised just how much love she really had for Doug. They really love each other and wanted to be together.”
Back in November 2013, Courtney had said they’d split due to age difference, explaining: “Doug and I decided to separate and end our marriage because of the obvious - our age gape is 34 years.” Well, apparently that’s not an issue anymore...
The pair first got together when Courtney was just 16 and Lost actor Doug was 51 - her mother Krista had to sign the marriage certificate.
Speaking to Fishwrapper.com about the latest engagement, Courtney said: "Doug and I have been through so much together, but somehow through it all, it brought us closer and confirmed my love for him."
