Jennifer Lawrence fell over AGAIN at the X-Men premiere. Someone get that girl a pair of stabilisers, pronto

The year is 2018. Scientists, royalty and the great and good of society are gathered to see if they can put an end to this perennial problem. One lady steps up on stage. The room is hushed, the lights are dim. "I think I've done it," the lady says. "I've found a solution. All we need to do is mount Jennifer Lawrence on a rounded base, like a weebl." The crowd explodes. "This is BRILLIANT!" they roar, hoisting the lady on their shoulders for a victory parade. "You are a GENIUS!" For the lady has found the answer to J-Law's gravity problem.

Jennifer Lawrence has been falling over again, this time on the red carpet at the X-Men: Days of Future Past premiere in New York.

She managed to slip in her heels while attempting to climb up some stairs for a photocall, but luckily a strategically placed assistant grabbed hold of her wrist before she could hit the floor.

The Hunger Games star is making quite the habit of falling off and around red carpets, having hit the deck at the Oscars two years in a row.

Only question is: how does she look so graceful when she trips? Whenever we fall at the bus stop we always flash our pants. Maybe you get trained in it when you're accepted onto the Hollywood A-list?

J-Law was joined at the premiere by X-Men co-star Hugh Jackman, who wore a plaster on his nose where last week he'd had more skin cancer tissue removed.

The Australian star had just been treated for a basal-cell carcinoma, which is a slow-growing type of skin cancer. But he said the prognosis was good and that "it's all out now".
