Olympic Gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill has given birth to her first child - a bouncing baby boy! Well, we hope he wasn't bouncing too much when he came out. Plenty of time for that, sonny.

The 28-year-old athlete announced the happy news this morning with a Facebook post, revealing that she and husband Andy Hill have named their firstborn Reggie.

Jess is a bit of a superwoman - she struck Gold in the heptathlon in the London 2012 Olympic Games and has won countless other medals and trophies at the European and World Championships.

She and Andy got married in May last year and Jess announced shortly afterwards she would not be competing in the 2014 Commonwealth Games because she was pregnant.

Aww, we've got a fuzzy feeling inside us. Congratulations, Jess and Andy!
