Two burglars who broke into Miley Cyrus’ house in June have been handed prison time. Rumours that Miley is planning to break into prison clad in nowt but a vest and some DMs while straddling a wrecking ball are patently false. Why would she do that. She’s only just sent them away. It makes no sense.

As TMZ reports, the two burglars — Tyler Scott and Naomi Charles — broke into Miley’s LA property back in June, stealing purses, clothing, that weird jewellery she makes out of broken apart toys and crazy glue, and a Maserati.

The pair both pleaded guilty to one count of felony residential burglary, with Scott also pleading guilty to a charge of felony grand theft. He was given four years in prison, a sentence influenced by his prior convictions and the fact that he was carrying a gun during the robbery. Ms Charles will spend one year in a county jail.

Meanwhile, Miley has been flirting with lawbreaking herself, after… uh… slapping a large prosthetic butt she was wearing with the Mexican flag?

Yeah, some context: while performing in Monterrey, Mexico last week, one of Miley’s backing dancers playfully smacked her false prosthetic butt with the Mexican flag… but due to flag protection laws, she could face 36 hours in prison or a fine of up to $5,100.
