Former* X Factor* contestant Christopher Maloney has revealed he’s set to marry next year.
The Liverpudlian kept tight lipped about exactly who he was marrying, but before your mind starts to wander, he’s been with his boyfriend for three years now – so we think it’s going to be to him.
“I might be getting married next year, I can't tell you anymore – I'm really looking forward to it,” he said.“It will be in January. I'm doing Panto this year – just after Panto.”
We’ll be sure to buy a winter hat then.
Chris is currently running acting school for children but says there’s more “exciting stuff” in the pipeline, which we assume isn’t just his wedding. After panto, of course.
But the question on everyone’s lips – well, kind of – is what does Chris think of this year’s X Factor panel? And well, it seems he’s still proper chummy with them all, telling the Mirror:
“I still chat to them all, and some of the acts that were on in my year that didn't get through are doing really well this year.
“[Cheryl’s] fitted right back in. It's a shame that she left in the first place really. She's doing really well and it seems like she's never been missing.”
