One Direction announce additional dates for On The Road Again 2015 tour

Guys, GUYS! It’s happening AGAIN! One Direction have announced additional dates for their upcoming tour and tickets go on sale on 1 November.

The boys - Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson – announced earlier this year they would be heading out on the inventively named On The Road Again 2015 worldwide stadium tour, but they are now treating fans to even more shows than originally planned.

In addition to gigs in Australia, Japan and South East Asia, the band will now perform six concerts in Europe - in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland - and will stop in 17 cities in the US.

Band member Niall said: “We could not be more excited about the new tour. We’ve started rehearsing songs from the new album and can’t wait for the fans to hear them live.

“We’re just so very thankful to our amazingly loyal fans – they make it possible for us to play in these incredible places and continue to surprise us every day with their unwavering support.”

Directioners will have access to a pre-sale for the tour on the band’s Facebook page on Wednesday 29 October.
