Rumours have been flying for days, but now heat CAN confirm that the* I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!* jungle has just welcomed two new members to the line-up – X Factor's Jake Quickenden and Westminster politician Edwina Currie.
Jake, 26, was hotly speculated to be going into the Australian jungle for the last couple of weeks, ever since he was voted off The X Factor after a lacklustre sing-off against Only The Young.
He'd even been dropping heavy hints about his new adventure on Twitter all of yesterday, telling his followers that even though he'd got "pied on the X Factor, I still really wallaby a singer".
Jake has admitted he has a rat phobia, so he and Nadia Forde might find themselves bonding over their shared fears.
Interestingly, he told producers that he was single going into the jungle, so does that mean he's ditched his girlfriend in order to enjoy the infamous I'm A Celeb shower scene with another lady?
Meanwhile, 68-year-old Edwina will joining Jake in the jungle and says she's most looking forward to meeting Melanie Sykes.
The former Tory MP is most famous for a) creating a borderline national security scare in 1988 after saying something about eggs and b) having a torrid affair with most boring man alive/ex-Prime Minister John Major. So will she be setting her sights on silver fox Michael Buerk?
"If there is any eye totty I will just look at that," she joked ahead of her introduction to the other campmates, before quickly adding that she will actually miss her husband.
