Russell Brand is going to record a parody response to PARKLIFE with Noel Gallagher. THIS IS HAPPENING.

Don't drag Noel into this whole sorry mess, Russ.

You know how we called an end to the Parklife meme terrorising Twitter earlier this week? Yeah. Turns out it isn’t over, because Russell Brand is determined to get more mileage out of it – by recording his own parody response. DISS RAP. DO A JAMES ARTHUR-STYLE DISS RAP, RUSSELL.

Speaking to Magic FM’s Jo Parkerson, the comedian admitted he’s thinking of teaming up with Oasis star Noel Gallagher and getting back in the studio to please the Twitter millions. BUT CAN YOU MAKE IT MORE DISS RAPPY, PLEASE.

“I don’t know [Blur frontman] Damon Albarn particularly, but I’ve spoken to Noel and we plan to respond with a Roll With It single. I’ll say ‘roll with it’ after every seven words – ‘Roll with it’,” he said.

But will this ever actually happen? Russ said later during the interview that he won’t be inviting Noel to his upcoming gig at the Royal Albert Hall on 14 November because “he hasn’t been supportive enough lately” – presumably because he’s been emailing every single Parklife mashup to Russell at all hours of the day and night.

“If [Noel’s] seen anywhere near the vicinity, I’m going to have someone grab him by the eyebrow, tie a kite to it, and send him off into the ether,” Russell added.

Listen to Magic’s Jo Parkerson every Saturday from 3pm.
