To match Big Band week on The X Factor, sultry songbird Fleur East made her locks equally big, wowing with huge bouncy curls. This look will be perfect for any festive party this season, espesh when accessorized with a sparkly headband. Fancy pulling off a Fleur at your Christmas party? Err, YAH!

The X Factor’s super stylist Jamie Stevens, who was behind Fleur’s fabulous look, tells us how we can steal this glam 'do...

“Fleur’s hair couldn’t be more perfect for ‘Big Band’ week. My inspiration for this look was 1920’s sophisticated glamour, it’s all about high sky volume and body.”

STEP 1

Spritz hair with heat protection spray and comb through for even distribution. Next, apply volumising mousse and blow dry in for ultimate body and bounce.

STEP 2

Take 1inch sections of hair and wrap around a curling wand, hold for 15 seconds and release. Repeat this all over until all hair is curled. Flip head upside down and dust with TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Plumping Powder, then shake out and tease curls with fingertips to loosen and for instant root lift and added matt texture.

STEP 3

Finish with a spritz of strong hold hairspray to secure style in place.
