And we're stoked! Cam and Good Charlotte rocker Benji have only been dating for a mere seven months, but after a whirlwind romance and engagement they've got the seal of approval all-round. Cam's mum apparently LOVES Benji and hopes he is the man her daughter will settle down with, whereas Cameron's pal and soon to be sister-in-law, Nicole Richie, said: "I approve of anything that's going to make Benji happy. I'm going to take responsibility for everything!" That's because she set them up, btw. Fancy setting us up with a hot Hollywood actor, Cupid Richie?
Our sources from across the pond reported to Us Weekly: "Everyone thinks it's wild but are so happy for them. Benji always tends to fall in love easily, but this time it's for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy and there's nothing better than that."
