In the interview Sam also revealed he’s also a little bit embarrassed by people making comparisons between him and Adele, saying: “[Adele’s] my Michael Jackson…[but] we're very different, and I feel like the constant comparisons might piss her off
“It just annoys me that people can't digest two pop stars singing really personal songs who don't look like normal pop stars.”
It turns out the 22-year-old is also a massive fan of Lady Gaga – “without Gaga, I wouldn't be here right now” – and Britney Spears.
