The actress was spotted out and about in NYC today wearing a pair of lustworthy denim flared dungas that literally had us dribbling into our tea.
The 70s trend is wild right now and if you’re not already into it, you need to GET into it. We get that the decade that some style forgot is a tad scary. The colour brown is a tough one to get away with and orange paisley just reminds us of our nan’s house. Dakota probs feels the same way, hence the overall love-in.
We’re betting the majority of you have dungarees already in your life. At least one pair. Thanks to the return of the 90s for the past few seasons, OshKosh one-pieces became a perma-fixture in our ‘drobes.
It’s time to invest in yet another set of overalls – flared ones. Get a pair (we love theseMiss Selfridge ones) that are fitted, skimming tightly over your waist, hips and booty before kicking out into a delicious flare at the ankle. If you want to RLY go deep with the trend, team with a floral shirt. Or, stay on the lighter side a la Dakota and go rock chick with a leather biker.
And never, ever forget to wear heels.
