Stevie McCrorie, 29, accidentally struck the Kaiser Chiefs frontman after going head-to-head with Tim Arnold in the battle round and caught Ricky’s face. With his fist. Ouch.
Looks like Ricky was standing a bit too close to the action, as he was caught on camera saying: “You nearly knocked my nose off!”
Luckily, paramedics were on hand to check the singer was OK to keep filming, so there was no lasting damage.
