Kim Kardashian has revealed just how hard she's been trying to make a little brother or sister for North West in the new teaser trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Speaking to her sister Khloe in the teaser for the 10th series of the hit E! show, Kim said: "I've been having sex 500 times a day".

Khloe made it quite clear she was disgusted by 32-year-old Kim oversharing about her sex life with husband Kanye West, shouting "Ah!" and rolling her eyes.
In another clip from the series, Kim confirmed (again to poor Khloe) that she'd been bonking in the bathroom too:
"You didn't bone in the bathroom, did you?" asked Khloe. And Kim gave her a wink-wink, nudge-nudge response that confirmed she had, indeed, had sex in the toilet.
To which Khloe responded: "You're trying that hard?"
Kim recently unveiled her new blonde hair during Paris fashion week - and yes, odds are she's been bonking in Parisian pottys too. Erugh.
