Caroline Flack has just been offered one of the BIGGEST jobs on telly – presenter of X Factor, duh – so she’s jetted off to LA for a well-deserved break.
Well, all that excitement and all those congratulation drinks and opening of fan mail must get tiring.
Cazza is in Los Angeles on a “working, relaxing, holiday” as she put it on Twitter.

Sounds like a FAR more exciting way to get work done than in the office. No, we’re not bitter. At all. Honest.
So far Caroline has shared snaps in the pool with a lilo, and of the Hollywood hills home where she’s staying (complete with those posh white outdoor beds surrounded by drapes that you ONLY get on holiday. Yep, outdoor curtains - an actual thing these days).
However, Caroline has admitted that she’s missing her cat loads.
“God I miss my cat! Is this normal? Am I danger of becoming a crazy cat lady? Maybe I want to be one!!!!!!!”
Yes, it’s normal. We miss our cat by lunchtime, daily.
Flackers is going to be presenting the new series X Factor with Olly Murs, and we’re very excited. Total dream team (though Dermot O’Leary is irreplaceable, obviously).
Get that tan while you can, Caroline – you’ll be stuck inside at the O2 for months come the X Factor auditions…
