Jog on, Jamie. Do one, Delia. For us, the most exciting things to happen to cooking shows recently are Mike and Josh Greenfield, also known as the Brothers Green.
So what makes them different to other TV chefs?
“For us, it’s all about showing what to do if things go wrong. We also want to make cooking more accessible, because you don’t always have fancy ingredients or a big kitchen.”
But what we really want to know is, what’s the boys’ weirdest recipe?
“Our bubblegum BBQ sauce. Strain out the bubblegum and mix with BBQ sauce and it’s amazing. It was inspired by our trip to Scotland where we discovered Irn-Bru.”
