If you’ve been on the receiving end of a practical joke, you’ll know there is nothing better than sweet revenge.
And that’s exactly what Amanda Holden’s got planned for Simon Cowell after he humiliated her on Nick Grimshaw’s Radio 1 breakfast show, claiming he would be replacing her with Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on Britain’s Got Talent.
Simon told Amanda that Cheryl would be taking her spot on the judging panel for three days of the week during the live shows, because Cheryl is younger and knows more about music.
Of course ever the joker Simon was just joshing, but Amanda has vowed to get her own back after falling for the prank.
"I have an idea. You know he has procedures and has colonics? I'm going to be the person that does it,” Amanda revealed on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man.
“He will be lying on the operating table and I'll be there with a tube to go right up. 'Hello Simon, are you ready for your procedure?' Right up!
“That's the only thing I can think of because he doesn't care about money. He sees through things. I just don't think I'll get him on the radio."
It’s a good idea and all, but Amanda’s shot herself in the foot there, announcing her prank before actually playing it.
She best hope Simon’s not a die-hard Chatty Man fan.
