Ever wondered what goes on behind closed doors at Anmer Hall? Er, us too. But we can now reveal that K-Middy is on the green juices to help give her a post-baby pick me up. Her sis, Pippa, is studying to become a nutritionist, and it would seem she's been offering her royal siblings some health advice. Talking exclusively to Us Weekly, a source close to the Middletons says: "Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days. It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this was much easier. Pippa was the one who got them all into juicing. They love it!" Them all. That obvs means Wills is into the green stuff too, right?

The Duchess is on a big health kick and has been spotted at organic local farm shop, Back To The Garden near Anmer Hall. A source reveals: "She's been buying fresh local produce. All organic. People give her space. No-one is rushing over to ask for selfies."

We should really take a leaf (geddit?) out of the Cambridges' book with their healthy eating. But we'll start tomorrow after we've finished this Dairy Milk...

"Mum and Dad - don't you even THINK about giving that yukky green stuff to me"
