Katie Hopkins was reported to Social Services after someone read tweets on her Twitter feed and thought her children were at risk.
Speaking to the excitingly named* Management Today*, the ex-Apprentice rent-a-gob explained how she's constantly on the defence because of her loudly expressed opinions.
"I did have a call the other day from part of social services that they were concerned about the welfare of my child based on my Twitter feed, which someone thought might be damaging them," she said.
"They said they had to call to follow up."
Hopkins also spoke about her decision to leave her three kids and go into the Celebrity Big Brother house, which she said was "really hard" on her family.
"I couldn't tell the kids I was doing it, it was too upsetting to know I wouldn’t see them for what I thought was two weeks, but it turned out to be four," she went on.
"But … I went in to the house as a national arsehole – the most hated candidate of all times - and came out as a national treasure."
Um stunned face.
She also compared herself to Jeremy Clarkson, hit out at stay-at-home mums and says she'll never go back to a "real job" because "TV needs women who are curiously offensive". So. Just another day in Hopkinsland, then.
