Want to live just like Queen of the Plastics Regina George? Well you CAN - for a cool $14.8 million.

Entertainment Tonight got wind of the sale of the house in Toronto, Canada used in the 2004 film, and have shared exactly what you'd live like if you were a spoilt teenage girl with a "cool Mom" with a penchance for pink velour tracksuits.

According to the house listing, it's the "perfect balance of grandeur and elegance," with an "over-sized pool" and "regulation-sized tennis court", a "20-foot cathedral ceiling in the great room," a "wine cellar and wet bar" and a garage for six cars.

We're pretty gutted that no *Mean Girls *paraphanlia comes with the house, so no Burn Books, army of skanks or Aaron Samuels are included in the sale price.
