Body Coach Joe Wicks has become a huge Instagram star thanks to his cheeky chappy approach to fitness. So here he is putting heat’s Anna to the test with his exercises that burn fat without spending hours in the gym.

The fat-blasting rules

Do two HIIT and resistance sessions per week.

Do each move for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. If you need longer, rest for 45 seconds to a minute and go on to the next move.

Aim for five rounds.

Remember to warm up first and stretch after.
