Channing Tatum played a Magic Mike prank on fans

Oh Channing, how we love you

Oh Channing Tatum. Not only do you have abs you could grate cheese on - you also like to play funny stripping-themed pranks on your fans! Like a saucier version of Ashton Kutcher in Punk'd.

To promote the film Magic Mike XXL, Tatum masqueraded as a bearded marketing executive who attended a screening of the movie for fans. Donning some dodgy make-up and a suit, the audience had no idea it was actually the star of the film asking them questions like "Who was the best actor in the film?" (they didn't say Channing. Awks).

Then, when the crowd were treated to an impromptu stripping performance by some topless male dancers (erm, where was OUR invite to that screening?!) - Channing got up on stage and started bumping and grinding - before revealing he was the incredibly hot man behind the mask.

Watch the prank in the video below - and if you don't find it funny, and start cringing massively - sorry about that. But it least it might make you even more excited for the actual film.

Magic Mike XXL will be released in UK cinemas on July 3rd
