Rita Snora - apologies, Ora (our fingers slipped) - might have jumped ship from the BBC to ITV to get her paws on a load more cash a place on the X Factor judges' panel, but who's going to take over from her on The Voice?

According to insider speculation, Paloma Faith.

A source told the Sun that show bosses "think she would be great" because they "have been impressed by her forthright opinions and love her out-there style".

And the fact she's not Rita Snora (soz, autocorrect that time) probably helps.

Paloma, who's had a string of hits in the UK, was a guest member on* The Voice* three years back in 2012, but when Jessie J's judge spot came up, she turned it down because she wasn't sure she could do a good job in judging other aspiring singers.

Meanwhile, Rita has hit back at claims she only took up Simon Cowell's X Factor offer because of the massive piles of dosh he was dumping on her driveway financial incentive.

A source told the Mirror last week: "Rita is adamant she is not moving for money. She is angry and insistent that she started as a guest judge on The X Factor and is going home . She has a new album this autumn and it all fits.

"But if it was all just about money she wouldn't be on the show and would be going around the world making millions from endorsements and more live performances."

So there.
