And it seems we’re not the only ones – when the former lovebirds arrived in Toronto to film X-Men: Apocalypse on 21 May, director Bryan Singer was so excited, he Instagrammed the first pic of them back together. And now our spies say they’re having the best time working together again.
“When they first got to set, Nick and Jen hugged in front of everyone,” says heat’s onlooker. “They’ve gone straight back into their old cosy routine of lunching together every day – often with takeout sushi in her trailer. They’re always reading lines together and they crack each other up.” The insider adds that the pair have also been discussing plans to explore Canada, where the film’s shooting. Oooh!
Jen and Nick got together on the first X-Men film in 2010, and dated on and off for four years. “It seems Nick may still have feelings for Jen, but he’s playing it cool,” says our source. “There’s always been chemistry.”
