Khloe Kardashian drinks 6 LITRES of water a day to lose weight

Khloe Kardashian has admitted she's drinking up to six litres of water a day to stay in shape after taking advice from a nutritionist.

The 30-year-old, who's already spent most of this year on a strict health regime, came clean about her water addiction on Instagram.

She wrote: "My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist).

"Of course, this does not happen every single day but the point is I try."

She then went into full confessional mode, admitting that she sometimes – and try not to faint here, because this is HUGE – sometimes puts FRUIT into her water. WE KNOW!

"Let's be honest… Water does tend to get boring after a while. So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water."

Sick.

"While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has very low to no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health," she went on.

"Nutrients leak out of the fruit directly into the water. Some nutritionists estimate that you get as much as 20% of the vitamin content of freshly squeezed fruit juice, all without he extra calories or fructose."

Yeah, that's just not true.

Anyway, can you even imagine how much of the day Khloe spends running to the loo? With all that water (and, er, 'leaked fruit nutrients' sloshing around in there), she must get NOTHING done.
