Spice up the Isle of Wight!

So while Geri Halliwell flew into the Isle of Wight festival today in serious style with her new hubby Christian Horner she also met up with her former Spice Girls band members.

Isle of Wight festival Twitter page posted a snap of Geri snuggled with Emma Bunton and Mel C to enjoy the music festival.

Emma Bunton posted this spicey goodness with Mel C.

All dressed up in festival gear, Emma and Mel C posted a picture of Mel kissing the formerly known Baby Spice's cheek.

Emma posted the caption 'we're spicing it up' alongside her smoochy shot.

Geri Halliwell

While Geri and Christian = arrived at the festival in a HELICOPTER. That totally trumps everything. Maybe even the fact that there was a mini Spice Girls reunion. Yes, we can't believe we can blaspheme as much as we just did.

Emma and her beau Jade enjoying Pharrell on stage. We're all so happy.

The festival was rainy and muddy but that wasn't stopping these spices from having a really, really, really, really....really good time.

Isle Of Wight1 of 20

Isle Of Wight

Where is it? The Isle of Wight Festival is held in the Isle of Wight, obvs. When is it? 11th - 14th JuneWho is playing? Blur, Paolo Nutini, You Me At Six, James Bay, Counting Crows, Jessie Ware and lots more. What kind of celebrities will be there? Music-y ones like Ella Eyre and Katy B, but also X Factor-y ones, such as Loveable Rogues. But we've also clocked the likes of Jack Whitehall and one year, heat met ACTUAL Emma Bunton, sort of. Her partner asked to borrow our hairdryer. Cool huh? Why should I go? Look at those headliners! Blur, Prodigy and Fleetwood Mac have even managed to pull themselves together and squeeze into some denim for more shows. Isle of Wight is one of the oldest festivals there is, so go along for decent music and to witness some rock history shambling onto a stage for one last hurrah.Where can I buy tickets? At the end of this sentence.

Download

Where is it? Donington Park, Leicestershire. It's the Don of parks. Maybe. When is it? 12th-14th JuneWho is playing? Erm, Slipknot, Lamb Of God and some people who call themselves, Five Finger Death Punch. If that doesn't tickle your long black beard, then Kiss, Muse and '00s rockers A will also be there. Remember them? No? Just us then. What kind of celebrities go there? Big, scary metal celebrities. People like Marilyn Manson, Corey Taylor and a man that calls himself Rob Zombie. Still, Charlie from Busted (and now Fightstar) will be there with his great big eyebrows. But they'll probably be set in a permanent scowl, so he fits in with all the angry rock stuff that's there. Why should I go? Do you want to be crushed in a swarm of shirtless, sweaty men, while someone screams Norwegian death metal through the speakers, and your flower garland topples from your head, along with the inevitable shower of tears that'll fall from your eyes? Thought not. BUT Download is famed for its incredibly friendly crowd and for being how "proper" music festivals used to be. So it might be worth leaving your UV gear at home, and taking a giant leap out of your comfort zone.Where can I buy tickets? Right…here.

Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park3 of 20

Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park

Where is it? Come on. You know this one. OK, it's at Hyde Park in London. When is it? 18th - 28th JuneWho is playing? Who ISN'T playing more like. Well, actually, lots of people aren't playing. But Kylie Minogue IS. And Taylor Swift IS and she'll be joined by her pal Ellie Goulding. The Who, Blur and The Strokes will also be there, making for a pretty stellar line up.What kind of celebrities go there? David Haye, Caroline Flack and any that tend to frequent London town. Why should I go? You don't have to camp, also, The Who are headlining Glastonbury, and going to Hyde Park is a lot less stress than making the pilgrimage to Somerset. PlayStation Music will have their very own area at the festival to celebrate the fact Spotify is now available on PlayStation Music - you can use Spotify to listen to your favourite songs, albums and playlists on demand on PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®3. Head this way for more details on PlayStation Music. Where can I buy tickets? Where we put the word link.

Glastonbury4 of 20

Glastonbury

Where is it? Somerset. Home to lovely cider, the Best Dairy Farm in the whole UK… oh, and Michael Eavis. The millionaire farmer, who's had the same beard for about 70 years. When is it? June 24th - 28thWho is playing? Kanye West will probably bring the Kardashians to Glastonbury, rant endlessly and hopefully, at some stage, he'll find the time to actually perform. Florence And The Machine, Rudimental, Foo Fighters, Mark Ronson and Mary J. Blige will also be appearing on some of the festival's stages (there's over a hundred). What kind of celebrities go there? All of them. Glastonbury is a great big celeb (and mud) magnet. Expect Cara Delevingne, Sienna Miller, Nick Grimshaw, Prince Harry, Rita Ora and Alexa Chung to name but a few.Why should I go? Because this is the BIG one, the granddaddy of them all. This is the festival that every other festival is trying to be, from Coachella to GlastOnBudget. Yep, it even has its very own parody festival. Glastonbury is probably the greatest festival on planet Earth, which after Best Dairy Farm in the UK, is a pretty decent title to have, right?Where can I buy tickets? That being said, it's sold out. And it's probably easier to actually headline Glastonbury, than it is to get a hold of a ticket. Your best bet now is to enter every single competition you can. Soz.

T In the Park5 of 20

T In the Park

Where is it? Strathallan Castle, Perthshire. That's in Scotland btw. When is it? 10th - 12th JulyWho is playing? Twin Atlantic, obviously. It's the LAW that Twin Atlantic have to play T in the Park, y'know, as they're all Scottish and that. Elsewhere you can see Kasabian, George Ezra, Jessie J, Labrinth and Sam Smith. What kind of celebrities go there? Scottish ones. People like Edith Bowman, Sean Connery and Fat Bastard from Austin Powers. Only kidding. Why should I go? T in the Park has a reputation for being FULL ON. Greg James himself told us it's the wildest festival he's been to, and he pretty much goes to them for a living.Where can I buy tickets? OVER HERE.

Wireless Festival6 of 20

Wireless Festival

Where is it? Once again, Wireless Festival will land in Finsbury Park, LondonWhen is it? 28th June - 5th JulyWho is playing? Drake will return to the festival again this year, after being a right sick note last year and dropping out. Aside from his two dates, Nicki Minaj, Avicii, Rita Ora, David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and, erm, Jaden and Willow Smith will be performing. Yep, seriously. What kind of celebrities go there? Jaden and Willow Smith, apparently. We're not sure if this is just an elaborate rouse to trick Will Smith into attending. You can also expect to clock models like Jourdan Dunn and Cara Delevingne prancing around. As well as The Saturday's Frankie Bridge and Vanessa White. Why should I go? Well, there's the no camping thing, but the biggest draw of Wireless Festival is probably the fact it's biggest hip hop and R&B festival the UK has. Finsbury Park is the best venue the festival has had for a fair few years, with Hyde Park proving way too quiet and Stratford far to dusty. Wireless has a pretty solid line up this year and it never gets too crowded, thanks to a smaller crowd, so it's easier to get a better view near the front.WIN. Where can I buy tickets? On this bit of the internet.

Boardmasters 20157 of 20

Boardmasters 2015

Where is it? Cornwall. Pronounced Caaaarrrnnwhaaaal. When is it? 5th - 9th AugustWho is playing? Faithless have pulled themselves out of retirement and they'll be joined by indie pop wailers, Bastille, go to drum and bass act, Rudimental. Aside from that, it's quite an eclectic lineup featuring Reef, The Darkness, Drenge, Lower Than Atlantis, Seasick Steve and Groove Armada. What kind of celebrities go there? Surfer ones. One that say things like "bodacious" and still wear shark tooth necklaces, despite the fact it's not the 00s anymore and Baywatch has long been cancelled. Aside from that, erm, probably not many. Snoop Dogg was there last year. So there's that. Why should I go? It's next to a beach, what better way to wash off all that festival stank than by hopping into the ocean? If the surfing competitions and BMX stunts don't tickle your fancy, then this probably isn't for you. But if you fancy a seeing some music, surfing, watching the sun go down by the beach and exploring nearby Newquay for some late night revelry, then this one is probably for you. Where can I buy tickets? Over this way dude.

Citadel8 of 20

Citadel

Where is it? Victoria Park, LondonWhen is it? 19th JulyWho is playing? Ben Howard and Bombay Bicycle Club are the biggest draws, and it sounds like they've hand-picked some of their favourite acts, including Kurt Vile and the Violators, Anna Calvi, Nick Mulvey and Neneh Cherry, which is fun to say. What kind of celebrities go there? As it's the first time the festival has reared it's head, it's hard to say, but it does sound achingly hip. So expect hip East London-types. Think Jamie Winstone, Cara Delevingne, as she goes to everything and Laura Whitmore. Why should I go? Well, Ben Howard and Bombay Bicycle Club are pretty phenomenal live, as well as incredibly atmospheric. However, there's plenty of unusual hipster hobbies to partake in, such as moustache twizzling and fixie bike races. Only kidding. But there is fancy gastro food, Sunday dining experiences, literary talks, spoken word and, erm, debates. WOOO P-A-R-T-Y!Where can I buy tickets? FROM THIS PLACE.

Latitude9 of 20

However, there's also plenty of comedy stuff from the likes of Jason Manford and Jon Richardson. What kind of celebrities go there? Going by pictures from 2014; Josh Cuthbert from Union J, Paloma Faith and Jarvis Cocker. But also, we saw some multicoloured sheep, which is better than pretty much any celebrity ever. Why should I go? Do you fancy a more laid back festival experience? Do you like to laugh and attend talks which will expand your mind? Well, Latitude might be the one for you. It's widely considered the thinking person's festival and a great one for families. Also, there's those multicoloured sheep...Where can I buy tickets? From their website, duh.

Lovebox10 of 20

Lovebox

Where is it? Victoria Park in LAAAANDAAAN.When is it? 17th - 18th JulyWho is playing? Rudimental, Mark Ronson, Jessie Ware, Hot Chip and Snoop Doggy Doooooogg. What kind of celebrities go there? Hip ones. Some will go to snap luscious Instagram posts, some will go to soak up free drinks and some, just some, will actually watch some music. Why should I go? Well it's super-hip, although it sounds like Citadel might be set to pinch Lovebox's hipster crown. The event has a great mix of dance, pop and hip hop, and it probably feels a bit more like a festival than most of the other non-camping festival, such as BST and Wireless. Where can I buy tickets? On the internet. Oh, which bit? This bit.

Lytham Festival11 of 20

Lytham Festival

Where is it? LancashireWhen is it? 6th - 9th August Who is playing? MCBUSTED… and lots of other random acts. From Faithless and Chesney Hawkes, along with The Vengaboys (yep, they're still around, apparently) and Billy Ocean. What kind of celebrities go there? Erm, Lancashire ones? Ian McKellan. He's from Lancashire. We're sure he loves McBusted. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, he was from Lancashire. But he's dead. So don't bet on him turning up. Look, we don't know okay. Odds are the McBusted WAGs might be there, so keep an eye out for the likes of Ellie Goulding and Emma Willis. Why should I go? Both McBusted and Faithless are both AWESOME live, and Lancashire is a beautiful place. Plus, the north is generally a fair bit cheaper than the south of England, so hopefully that might reflect the festival's cider prices.Where can I buy tickets? This way, my liege.

V Festival

Where is it? Chelmsford and StaffordshireWhen is it? 22nd - 23rd AugustWho is playing? Calvin Harris, Sam Smith, Olly Murs, Ellie Goulding, James Bay, The Script and loads more. What kind of celebrities go there? All of them. In fact, after Glastonbury, we'd say this is the most celebrity festival there is. Why? Well, V Festival has a swanky backstage venue called the Louder Lounge, where celebrities get to swan around being famous, being pampered and drinking out of free treasure chests, like sexy drunken pirates. This attracts that lot from Skins, TOWIE, MIC, as well as X Factor refugees, TV presenters and even some mega-famous ones like One Direction. Why should I go? V Festival is the proper pop festival of the summer, with a little dash of rock thrown in. The weather is normally excellent and you only have to endure two days of sleeping rough.
