After Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick announced their split two weeks ago, the idea that Chloe Bartoli played a part in the break-up has been floating around.

Pictures of Scott (who was in a relationship with Kourtney for nine years, and is the father of her three children) being very hands on with stylist Chloe on holiday recently sparked rumours that they had got too close for comfort.

According to some reports, the pair had dated previously, making the pictures that bit more conspicuous.

But a close friend of Chloe’s hit back at these rumours, claiming that Chloe and Scott are “best friends” and that the photos are “misleading.”

    The insider told E! News:

“Chloe is adamant that nothing happened between her and Scott in Europe. She's telling friends there is no way, that he’s like a brother to her.

“He was super drunk the whole time and she took care of him, yes. But she says the photos are misleading... She insists she and Scott are just best friends.”

After the backlash Chloe has received due to the photographs and the couple’s split, she has reportedly gone “into hiding”.

Now we just don’t know what to make of the situation!
