Good ol’ Jeff Goldblum – he just always seems to know what we’re crying out for. And on this particular occasion, it’s a teaser for Independence Day 2.
The star of the original movie celebrated actual Independence Day in America by uploading a 12-second teaser for upcoming film, Independence Day: Resurgence.
A cryptic message in this teaser reads: "We're fighting for our right to live. To exist."

Jeff also shared an image of himself on set, alongside co-star Liam Hemsworth cheekily photo-bombing him.

Jeff is reuniting with co-stars Bill Pullman, Judd Hirsch, Vivica A Fox and Brent Spiner two decades after shooting Independence Day.
It’s not yet known if Will Smith will return for Independence Day 2, following years of speculation about his involvement.
Independence Day: Resurgence is due for release on 24 June, 2016 in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the original film.
