It’s not easy finding a great wedding singer, especially as Adam Sandler’s hardly ever available anymore.
So Courteney Cox must be chuffed that she doesn’t have to trawl the Yellow Pages looking for someone to serenade the guests at her and Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid’s upcoming wedding.
She’s getting her good pal Ed Sheeran to do it!
In fairness though, she kinda had to give him the job – it was Ed that introduced the couple.
Courteney told The Sun: “We are certainly grateful to Ed for introducing us. I can’t imagine him not playing something at the wedding. It’ll be a musical night.”
Ed introduced the couple when he was staying at Courteney’s pool house while recording his second album X. Six months later they were engaged!
