Abbey Clancy shows off her fab abs 12 weeks after giving birth

One of our fave* Strictly Come Dancing* contestants Abbey Clancy has posed for Women's Health magazine to show off her her fabulously toned body, just three months after giving birth!

The 29-year-old posed on the cover and in the mag for a series of shots in a leotard to discuss how she's got back into shape since giving birth to her and footballer Peter Crouch's second child together.

The magazine also shared the news of the cover shoot on Twitter by saying: "Her secret is out! First look at our November cover star @OfficialClancy fittest shoot yet."

Abbey told the publication: "I live with a professional athlete [her footballer husband, Peter Crouch]." Yes, that's enough pressure to get anyone to be healthy.

She went on to reveal: "We eat healthy meals, home-cooked fresh food. My mum had four children and each time she had a baby, she was back to normal within weeks. So genetics play a part.

"I don't diet, but with a four-year-old, a new baby and no nannies, neither do I sit still."

So there's the secret to good abs, don't sit still. Well done Abbey, you look abs-olutely wonderful!
