Former The Only Way Is Essex baby Amy Childs has shared the cutest #throwback snap of a much younger Amy showing off her adorable gapped teeth smile.

The 25-year-old posted the picture on her Instagram page, tellng her 258k followers: "Butter wouldn't melt (SIC)..... This is one of the few pictures in my new book #100%me !!! #family #brother."

And this cutie went from a cheeky smile, to a bigger cheeky smile who writes books.

The salon owner dropped by heat Radio to tell our presenter James Barr all about her new book.

It's called 100% Amy and it's more of an "inspirational" book than an autobiography according to Amy, with stories about Simon Cowell and why she left TOWIE just some of the tales within.

Of course, James couldn't let Amy go without talking about her favourite emoji and vajazzling - she still does them herself at her salon!
