Chloe Madeley gives us the lowdown on her new Strong Not Skinny workout

With muscles of steel and ridiculously GOOD abs (although she insists she doesn’t always have them), Chloe Madeley is definitely a woman heat wanted to take exercise advice from.

And luckily for us, we got to chance to speak with her because Chloe's teamed up with Groupon to create a FREE 20 minuteStrong Not Skinnyworkout.

“You can do it at home, you can do it at the office, you can do it at the gym – all you need is a circle of space and your body,” Chloe tells heat – encouraging us to put down the biscuit tin and pick up a weight.

“I feel that women think that you should be doing cardio and the weights section is where the men are. I used to think like that, then I started lifting weights and I realised what women lifting weights actually looked like as opposed to the caricature we all have in our heads – like some scary she hulk.”

And according to Chloe, if you stick at the video – you’ll see results within three to four weeks.

She adds: “The thing with weightlifting is: you are still burning calories but you’re building muscle and muscle burns calories even at rest so it’s just as important. The Groupon workout is so good because I’ve work muscle building and cardio into one circuit so if you perform it once a day, six days a week, you’ll see great results.”

Giving up isn’t an option when it comes to looking and feeling better for Chloe. It’s taken almost three years for her to reach her goal and she says that although it can be tough, you have to stick at it.

“F**k off! We want pizza too, we want cookies too,” she says. “We get through it because you have a goal and you understand if you don’t stay on track, you won’t get to your goal. Choose what you bloody want, stick to it and stop moaning.

“Do something you’re nervous to do. Scare yourself into pushing yourself.”
