I'm A Celebrity's Vicky Pattison has so far kept herself to herself, only making waves when she told ex-nemesis Ferne McCann that she wouldn't mind a go on 'foxy' Duncan Bannatyne.
But her mum, Carol Pattison, has now revealed that she gave her famous daughter a metric f**k-tonne of advice before she went into the jungle – including not taking a super-transparent bikini for those shower scenes.
"She could only take three so we tried to narrow them down to see what three were the best. As long as it wasn't see-through, that was my only thought, that was key," Carol told one interviewer.
It's not the only tip she gave Vicky – before going into the jungle, the ex-Geordie Shore star revealed: "My mum's advice going into the jungle was don't say the C word and don't sleep with anyone.
"Everything else is fine because she hasn't said anything else!"
Vicky's been quick to reassure her ma that she doesn't plan on doing the dirty with anyone at Snake Rock, mostly because she "hugely regrets" her previously televised sexploits.
"Having sex on TV is something I hugely regret. I didn't do it often but it was awful for my mum. It felt very invasive. It's the nature of the beast," she said ahead of the I'm A Celeb launch.
"I feel as though my mistakes have been immortalised. I'll forever be known for some of the things I've done."
