Who wore it best – Katy or Nicky?

We continue to be greatly appreciative of celeb ladies who veer away from boring old black in favour of something more colourful, and Katy Perry is someone who we can always rely on for this – sometimes more advisably than others. Ahem. Anyway, the singer did us proud again this weekend, when she arrived at Paper magazine's Beautiful People party in New York wearing this peacock-print Matthew Williamson creation. However, she wasn't the only young lady to take a shine to the designed-for-H&M frock, Nicky Hilton also picked up the same dress to host a party in Vegas. While Katy teamed hers with black tights and a funky lip-shaped purse, Nicky dared to bare her endless legs and instead opted for simple accessories. We're loving the dress on both ladies, but which one wore it best? We need YOU to make that decision.
