Who wore it best – Katy Perry or this random New York socialite?

Dressing all girlie and feminine comes more naturally to some girls than others, and you don't get much more girlie than this dress. Just look at all those pretty pastel flowers! Anyway, both Katy Perry and socialite Tinsley Mortimer (who is apparently one of the "most photographed" ladies in New York – get her!) have done their best to embrace their feminine side in the same frock – but who does it best? Katy was the first to wear the dress, and she paraded around in it during Paris Fashion Week last summer. Tinsley, as you'll probably already recognise, wore her version just a few days ago to the 6th Annual New Yorkers For Children Spring Dinner Dance in New York. Katy accessoised with a cute white bag with yet another flower on it and purple heels, while Tinsley went down the more, erm, gold route, matching both her bag and her shoes to her hair. Lovely. We want to know which lady wore it best. Please be nice and tell us. Now.
