Despite a lengthy court battle and almost three hours of testimonies, a judge has yet to make an official ruling over Jamie Spears' request to make the existing restraining order against Britney's former manager permanent. Brit's dad alleges that Sam Lutfi poses "a danger" to his daughter, and wants him out of her life for good, but Sam's lawyers deny any wrongdoing on their client's behalf. Britney's lawyer told the judge, "My client's situation has improved dramatically over the last 14 months. [A permanent restraining order against them] is in my client's best interest ... She has suffered emotional distress." However, Sam's lawyers claim he was only responding to Britney's "cries for help" when he attempted to get in touch with her. A final decision is expected on 28 April. We can't quite believe this Lutfi character is still lurking around. It feels like a lifetime ago that he was on the scene.

I think she's moved on now, but there doesn't need to be a restraining order, she can decide herself to not see him
