Hee hee. That expression is a classic! Celebs must know they've really made it when they have their very own impersonator, so we think Katy Perry should feel very privileged to have her very own Mini-Katy. The singer met her pint-sized impersonator at a party held in her honour in New York and, after the initial surprise, the pair became the best of pals. We must say we rate Mini-Katy way above Mini-Britney, don't you?
