Katie begs Pete to take her back

Katie begs Pete to take her back:
A devastated Katie Price has reportedly been calling and texting estranged husband Peter Andre, begging him to take her back. Despite her pleas, however, friends of the couple say Pete is refusing to discuss their relationship, and that he only cares about seeing the kids. One pal said, "They are still civil, but he refuses to talk about their relationship, which is really upsetting Katie." The new claims come amid further rumours that it was Katie's new equestrian friends that drove the couple apart. Katie's whereabouts is still unknown, but she has cancelled two weeks of appointments and friends say she is "devastated" that the marriage is over.

BGT's Shaun: "I'm not good enough for The X Factor"

The 17-year-old rugby player, who a huge 74 per cent of you voted as your favourite over male soprano Greg, says, "There's no way I would have beaten people like Leona Lewis. As a pop singer on Got Talent you sort of stand out more." Shaun certainly doing something right – he's now second favourite to win the show behind Susan Boyle.

Charl and Gav NOT splitting up

Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson have denied a report that their relationship is in trouble, branding the story "total garbage". It was claimed yesterday that Gavin had moved out of the couple's home after a string of rows, but this has now been denied. "Gavin and Charlotte are very happy," said Gavin's aunt. "There's no truth in the story." Charlotte's mum simply said the claim was "ridiculous".

Ad banned for using image of dead actress

An advert which used an image of deceased actress Natasha Richardson to promote their range of ski helmets has been banned today. The ad, created for the company skiwear4less.com, featured a picture of the tragic star with the message, "Natasha Richardson has died after suffering a head injury...She was not wearing a helmet. We strongly recommend the wearing of ski helmets in light of this and other tragedies." An advertising watchdog axed the ad after complaints were received, branding it "insensitive" and "likely to cause serious offence".
