There's going to be a Skins movie!

We're huge, huge, HUGE fans of the ace E4 drama series Skins – so we were very excited to hear that a movie spin-off is being planned. Channel 4 have today confirmed the plan for a big-screen version of the show is in the early stages – and there's also a novel in the pipeline. It is not known at this early stage if any of the characters from the current series will also be in the film, but with impressive viewing figures and a Bafta People's Choice award already bagged this year, they'd be mad not to include them. Would you be the first in the queue to see a Skins film, or have you had a skinful of the whole thing?

Omg When I Read This In Heat Mag I Screemed. I Hope It Comes Out Soon. I Will Defonately Go And See It. Maxxie And The Rest Of The Crew Should Be In It, It Will Be So Much Better. Big Celebs Like McFly And Girls Aoud Should Be In It. Tht would Be KL.

the old skins was so much better. i liked series 3 but it wasn't right! the film should have maxxie & the crew in it too, and chris is dead, 0123456789.

I agree it would only be worth a watch if it was the original cast. Series 3 was pants. Also, that girl in the middle really needs to eat some pies.
