Katy Perry vs Beth Ditto – round 2!

Beth Ditto really didn't hold back when asked about Katy Perry in a recent interview, branding her song I Kissed A Girl "an anthem for straight girls who like faking gay". Well, now Katy has decided to answer her new critic, saying, "I don’t want to get into a slanging war with anybody so I don’t want to say anything bad about her. But I’m not impressed." Speaking at the Glamour Awards, Katy went on to say, "I’ve learned in the past year that one artist should never insult another artist’s music – it’s tacky. And with me, it always comes back to bite me on the ass." That sounds pretty reasonable. We wonder what Beth will think of being branded "tacky"...?
