Katie had previously promised to move from her home in Exeter to London if she won the competition, but when Sir Alan told her she was through to the final, he clocked a less-than-ecstatic reaction. When Sir A asked what was wrong, Katie took a big gulp and said, “I don't want to make a fool of you or me.
