Rachel Stevens attacked by thieves:
Rachel Stevens has been left "shaken" after a gang of thieves confronted her on her own doorstep, making off with thousands of pounds worth of property. The attack, in which Rachel's cherished engagement ring was snatched, took place in broad daylight, right outside the star's plush flat in north London. The robbers shouted, "Give us the f***ing stuff!" and a scared Rachel was forced to hand over he ring, a necklace, and an expensive watch. The items are said to be worth tens of thousands of pounds. Rachel is due to marry her fiance Alex Bourne in just a few weeks. Last night her spokeswoman said, "Rachel did experience an intrusion and is shaken, but otherwise OK."

Sir Alan will not quit The Apprentice – yay!
Sir Alan Sugar will not be giving up his role on The Apprentice, despite accepting a job within the government. Sir Al says he told the PM Gordon Brown that he did not want to leave the show behind, adding, "I told Gordon I ain't going to change my lifestyle or how I operate. He also met with the Director General of the BBC to discuss his new job before going ahead and accepting it. A source explained, "Sir Alan loves The Apprentice and gave the BBC his assurance he would not do anything to upset them." This is great news! Now we just need to find a suitable replacement for the magical Margaret.

Su-Bo will only do few dates of BGT tour
Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle flew back to London yesterday to begin rehearsals for the BGT live tour, but she won't be appearing at ever location. Show bosses are worried that the 48-year-old will be unable to cope with the strenuous schedule, and say she needs to conserve her energy to begin recording her debut album. A BGT tour source says, "At the moment it looks like Susan will join the rest of the BGT finalists on stage on some of the dates, but she won't do the entire tour." Su-Bo looked cheerful and happy as she landed at Heathrow yesterday, and her brother Gerry says she's definitely on the mend. "She is very excited and positive about the future," he said. "She was giggling away and sounded more relaxed than she had in ages."

McFly have a really big crush...
We've all heard the expression, "I'd give my right arm for...", but the McFly boys have come up with their own version – and it involves Cheryl Cole. Tom, Danny, Harry and Dougie have all admitted that they'd "cut off a big toe" to spend a night with the X Factor judge, with drummer Hary admitting, "We often talk about what we would do for one night with Cheryl. She always looks amazing."We wonder what the lads' girlfriends Giovanna, Izzy and Frankie will have to say about this? Danny will be off the hook though, as he's the only single member of the band. Is there any hot celebrity you would lose a big toe for a night with?
