Peaches' ex backtracks on "publicity stunt" claims

We were quite shocked when Peaches' ex-husband Max Drummey openly admitted his marriage to the party girl had been "100% a publicity stunt", not to mention what he said about Chris Brown and Rihanna. Well, now the guitarist has put his tail firmly between his legs and issued this statement: "My comments made regarding my marriage were not intended to be taken seriously. I apologise for those comments." He went on to say sorry for his "stupid and obviously false" comments regarding Chris and Rihanna, saying, "These statements reflect neither reality nor my opinion. It was wrong to make them. I am sorry." Is it just us, or does this Max fella have one warped sense of humour?

It seems that on the one hand he has a very warped sense of humour but on the other it was a publicity stunt and he just doesn't want the backlask from everyone over it so had backtracked.

Personally I applauded his sparkling wit which is not misguided at all and his individual fashion style which sets him apart from the rest of the sheep *cough, Kurt Cobain wannabe, cough*
