Michael Jackson's funeral plans revealed

Michael Jackson's funeral plans revealed:
Michael Jackson will be laid to rest at his Neverland ranch, it was reported today. The star's body will lie in state at his former home, allowing fans to visit and pay their last respects. It is thought that his coffin will be driven through Los Angeles, before making the 130-mile journey back to Neverland by road. Fans are expected to line the route in their thousands. It is then thought that Michael will be buried at Neverland during a private ceremony this weekend. A family source said last night, "Michael always said Neverland kept him young. It seems fitting." For the drive through LA, it is thought the coffin will be placed in a fairytale-style carriage, which will be drawn by horses. The source went on to say, "The family want to give him a really special send off. They want to add a wow factor to the day and want Michael to look like a prince." There are rumours that once Jacko is back at Neverland then his body will lie in a glass coffin, but this has not been confirmed by the family. Neverland is currently in the process of being restored in time for this weekend, as it fell into disrepair after Michael moved away back in 2003.

Becks plans romantic anniversay trip

David Beckham is planning a romantic getaway for himself and wife Victoria as they prepare to celebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary this weekend. As well as a number of lavish gifts, the footie star is also whisking Posh over to the exclusive and luxurious Necker Island for a holiday. The island is owned by Virgin boss Richard Branson, and a booking will include a private beach and staff on hand to cater for every need. It is definitely the perfect place to escape the prying eyes of the rest of the world. We can't believe Posh and Becks have been together for 10 years! It makes us feel very relic-like. Make sure you pick up a copy of this week's heat, as we've included a very special Beckhams' 10th Wedding Anniversary mini-mag, complete with unseen pictures of the couple. Amaze!

Moyles mouths off about Norton
Chris Moyles' mouth has got him into trouble again – this time for taking a pop at Graham Norton's new BBC show. Graham's new show Totally Saturday has taken over the prime time slot on Saturday nights, but fellow BBC employee Moyles doesn't think it's up to scratch. "It's so appallingly bad and I feel sorry for Graham Norton," he told listeners live yesterday. "It really gets you in the mood to switch over," he went on to joke, before saying he thought the show was a cheap imitation of Ant And Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway. His comments are thought to have infuriated BBC bosses, who have also had to deal with Jonathan Ross taking a pop at the same show during his radio show on Sunday. Have you seen Totally Saturday? What are your thoughts?

Garraway threatens to quit over pay cuts

Kate Garraway has warned ITV bosses that she will quit GMTV if the planned pay cuts go ahead. The TV presenter is said to be facing a slash of almost £70K a year, and friends now say the news "came as a shocker". Other GMTV stars, including Andrew Castle, Lorraine Kelly and Ben Shephard are also facing similar slices in their earnings. A source said yesterday, "Kate's agent is prepared to pull her from GMTV if they continue along these lines." However, an industry insider says the presenter would be "nuts" not to accept the offers on the table, and that cuts will be happening all across media platforms. Indeed, it was also revealed today that Bruce Forsyth has accepted a £160K pay cut to continue doing Strictly Come Dancing. heatworld personally can't see the problem. We certainly wouldn't argue with earnings of over £100K a year!
