Fearne "scared and shaken" after death threats:
Fearne Cotton had to be escorted home from Radio One by the police on Sunday, after receiving frightening death threats during her show. Fearne, who is said to be "scared and shaken", was the target of a number of sinister text messages sent during her chart show on the weekend. A 21-year-old man, who has not been named, has now been arrested by police. Sources close to Fearne said yesterday, "Understandably she is very scared and shaken. Police escorted her home because of the severe nature of the messages. They were very graphic." Fearne is said to have actually "feared for her life" after reading the threats. However, Radio One insiders claim this will not affect Fearne's career one bit, saying, "She's a tough cookie. She wouldn't let anything stand in the way of getting on with life and work." Scary stuff.

Jeff Brazier: "Thinking about Jade makes me well up"
Jade Goody's ex Jeff Brazier has spoken for the first time since his former girlfriend's death in March this year, and says his sons are helping him to be strong. "I well up every time I think about how much Jade loved our boys," he says, adding that Jade was totally devoted to Bobby and Freddie. "She didn't have an easy life and the boys were the truest thing she ever did. She loved them with everything she had." Jeff is now concentrating on being a good dad to the boys and allowing them to live as "normal" a life as possible. He says the boys are doing well, and thinks their young age has saved them from experiencing too much sorrow and grief over their mum's death. Jeff, who will soon be fronting a new GMTV talent show, says he's currently single but has no plans to rush into anything. "It's all about priorities," he explains. "All in good time."

Cam dating both Jude and Leo?
She may have broken up with Paul Sculfor amid rumours of marriage, but Cameron Diaz has landed firmly on her feet with not one, but two hunky new men on the horizon. The actress has been spotted enjoying cosy dates in London with both her Gangs Of New York co-star Leonardo DiCaprio and Jude Law, whom she met while working on The Holiday. Cam has joked to pals that she and Leo "play chess" when she stays at his rented London pad, and just the other night she and Jude left through separate exits of swanky club Boujis, in a bid not to be spotted together. Paula out, Cheryl in on American Idol?
Paula Abdul told fans last night that she will not be returning for the new series of American Idol, after a furious row over pay. The star was said to be "furious" that her contract had yet to be renegotiated, and last night her manager branded Idol bosses "rude and disrespectful". Both Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson have already been signed up for the new series, but that still leaves one slot open. Kara DioGuardi, who joined the panel last year, has still not had an offer to return either. Mysterious. Well, let's not forget that a certain Mrs Cheryl Cole is over in the States at the moment... Could a big announcement be on its way?
