Call us ignorant, but until last night, Gerard hunky Butler wasn't really on our hottie radar. We were sort of aware of his handsomeness, but we had no idea what an amazing amount of ladies would turn up to see him – and scream at him. Seriously, there was even two little grannies with a bright pink Gerard banner at the premiere last night, and a confetti cannon that fired out little red hearts – amazing! Gerard and his co-star Katherine Heigl were in London for the premiere of their new romcom The Ugly Truth, although there's clearly nothing remotely ugly about either of them. Katherine dazzled in her green dress (watch and learn, Penelope Cruz!), and she was joined by other stars such as Nikki Grahame, Patsy Palmer, Sharleen Spiteri, Kelly Brook and, erm, BB10's Karly and Kenneth. When we questioned Karly about her dodgy heatworld profile, she promised us it had nothing to do with her, and that a friend had set it up.
