Posh lands job on American Idol!
OMG! Posh is apparently taking Paula Abdul's place on the American Idol panel! SCREAM! The lady known less for her singing ability and more for her fashion penchant has reportedly been signed up to appear as a judge by Simon Cowell – and she starts filming this week. But all is not quite as it seems... Victoria has simply agreed to guest in at least two episodes of the show, bagging herself an estimated £155,000 for her troubles. A source said, "Victoria is hugely flattered, as this is one of the highest profile gigs in America. It really is a big deal. Her husband David may be getting a bit of stick at the moment, but Victoria's profile Stateside has never been higher. Network bosses would love to give her the job full time, and it looks like it's there for her if she wants it." The news follows Paula Abdul's announcement yesterday that she will not be returning to the series. Do you think Posh will make a good judge?

Katie's night with Duncan James ruined marriage
Katie Price came on to Blue's Duncan James on a drunken night out while she was still married to Peter, her friend has claimed today. The source says the incident is one of the main reasons Peter decided to leave, and also that there are other, even worse things, yet to be revealed. During a night out in London, not long after the couple's daughter Princess was born, the friend alleges that Katie approached Duncan and began making suggestive comments – even offering to take him to the toiler with her for some fun. A bemused Duncan reminded her that she was a married woman and walked away, but that didn't stop the incident upsetting Pete when he later found out. The friend says, "Pete felt humiliated and appalled. It broke him in two." Katie's spokesman has since denied the incident with Duncan ever took place.

Su-Bo says goodbye to Scotland
Susan Boyle has said she will not be returning to Scotland, and that she plans to remain in London for the foreseeable future. Talking to Harpers Bazaar, the Britain's Got Talent sensation explained, "I'll go back and visit, but you have to move on." Su-Bo says she's finally adjusting to life in the limelight, saying happily, "It will take a bit of adjusting to, because I've led a sheltered life, but it's all good. It's all good." She then went on to admit that as well as Elaine Paige, another of her idols is Madonna. "I like that she is a diverse pop star – and controversial," she giggled. As long as you don't start hitting the gym and going on stage in a leotard, Su-Bo...

James Corden didn't waste much time...
James Corden didn't nurse his broken heart for long. Since his split from actress Sheridan Smith last week, the Gavin & Stacey star has already managed to pull TV presenter and Prince Harry's rumoured ex Caroline Flack. James is said to have got it on with Caroline at Amy Winehouses's old haunt The Hawley Arms, in Camden last Monday night, with one onlooker saying, "James was stuck to her side all night. They clearly had a cracking chemistry and were loving each other's company. James was heartbroken when things came to an end with Sheridan, but he has taken it as a chance to enjoy being single and famous."
