Jackiey Budden and seven other members of Jade Goody's family have launched a £100,000 lawsuit against a national daily newspaper group after they published photos of the tragic BB star's burial. Despite opening the funeral up to photographers, Jackiey, Jack Tweed and the late star's immediate family had specifically requested that scenes from the actual burial remain private. However, photos taken from the air above the gravesite did then appear in a newspaper. The family claim that the photos were a blatant "breach of confidence and an invasion of privacy". The newspaper has yet to comment on the matter.

Their benefits have probably stopped from all the money they've made out of Jade's death, now they're getting low on funds again have got some low-life lawyer who will happily help them find ANYTHING they can sue for. Pathetic.
