We have absolutely no idea what this picture of Miley Cyrus and a random man is all about (new boyfriend? Dad Billy-Ray put on a bit of weight?) but we're very open to suggestions. We stumbled across this beauty yesterday and are printing it for no other reason than it's Friday, it's quite comedy and we thought you might like to look at it with your very own eyes. Bye for now.
